What we collect
What you type into a form.
A scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and your browser type, to stop abuse.
Anonymous daily page counts.
The campaign and the referring website carried in the link you followed.
What we do not do
No cookies. Nothing is stored on your device. No advertising trackers. We never sell your details.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, at your request.
To keep the service secure and to know which pages help families (our legitimate interest).
Who else handles it
Hetzner (our server, in Singapore).
Resend (email delivery).
A school or placement partner, only when you ask us to apply on your behalf.
Where it goes
Your details are stored in Singapore and read by our team in the United States.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months.
Client records: for the engagement, and afterwards as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your details, or object to our use of them. Write to uakram@bsolpk.org. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian should make the enquiry or be copied on it.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
